CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Construction of a shared use path in Valley City is finished just in time for a new school year.

The path completes a one mile loop from Jefferson elementary school east to Charlie Brown field, then south to the softball diamonds, west to the Youth Sports Complex and then north back to Jefferson elementary school in Valley City.
