N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Game & Fish Department reports that the full waterfowl hunting season kicks off this weekend when non-residents come to the state.

Last weekend, the state Game & Fish Department reported the opening of waterfowl season for state residents. State Biologist Doug Leier says this weekend, they open it up to non-residents for the rest of the season. Leier says North Dakota is on a lot of hunter’s lists.

Leier says that youth pheasant season also starts this weekend. The regular pheasant season will begin October 8th in North Dakota. You can find more at gf.nd.gov.
