N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Police Department is warning residents of a new high risk registered sex offender living within the community.

20 year-old Kyle Greenough currently resides at 106 4th Avenue SW. He has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee. Greenough was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition in 2012 when he had sexual intercourse as a juvenile with several juvenile females. He was also convicted in 2015 when he engaged in sexual acts with a 14 year-old female.

Greenough is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community. Any attempt to use this information to threaten, harass or intimidate the offender will result in being turned over for immediate prosecution.
