FORKS, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Valley City Hi Liners competed in the Grand Forks Speech Classic held at Grand Forks Central High School held March 4th.
Student Advisor Nicholas Lee said, of the 15 teams in attendance, Valley City placed 2nd as a team behind West Fargo Sheyenne and ahead of West Fargo High School (3rd). Individual Results for the Grand Forks Speech Classic are as follows:

VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – On March 10th Valley City hosted two speech tournaments at the High School. Lee said Valley City didn’t take home a sweepstakes trophy (courtesy) but would have placed first as a team ahead of West Fargo Sheyenne (2nd) , Carrington (3rd), and Lamoure (4th). There were 14 teams in attendance.
