VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Megan Zarbano the owner of Handy Hardware and Rental of Valley City was one of eight people in the hardware industry to receive the 2018 Young Retailer of the Year Award by the North American Retailers Hardware Association.

The program identifies and promotes the next generation of aspiring independent home improvement retailers across the nation.

Zarbano said, “I’m grateful for the support of my community and proud of what we’ve been able to accomplish at Handy Hardware and Rental. She purchased the Valley City store about 10 years ago at the age of 23.
