N.D.–The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) along with the North Dakota Highway Patrol have closed ND Highway 9, ten miles east of the junction of US Highway 52/281, southeast of Carrington due to water over the roadway. Local traffic only is allowed between US Highway 52/281 and ND Highway 20.
