N.D.- You may have noticed some large vehicles in the middle of a few intersections in Oakes, and some foul stenches emitting from those spots.

According to city auditor April Haring, crews are in town working on relining the sewers.

It’s the final scheduled work on city infrastructure for 2011. Crews started work on Tuesday, and it should be wrapped up by the end of the work week.
