Fargo man has pleaded guilty to stealing the identity of three Jamestown residents. 32-year-old Thomas Weldon is charged in federal court. Weldon has also pleaded guilty to having videos on his computer showing children taking part in sexually explicit conduct.

Prosecutors say the activity took place between April and July of last year. Sentencing for Weldon is set for February. The case was investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security, and the State Crime Bureau.
