N.D. (AP) – Bismarck leaders have selected a Phoenix
company to be a consultant on flood issues. APEX Engineering was
selected over five other firms. It’ll get about $53,000 to complete
a study by March.
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) – A Bismarck man who pleaded guilty to being
involved in an armored car heist in Bismarck has been sentenced to
two years and nine months in prison. Twenty-four-year-old Michael
Link also has to pay more than $346,000 in restitution.
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) – A Parshall man was sentenced to nearly two
years in prison for attacking a man with a utility knife. Kyle Star
was charged in federal court with assault with a dangerous weapon.
Prosecutors say the assault happened in May at Average Joe’s Bar in
Parshall.
MADISON, S.D. (AP) – A South Dakota company is getting ready to
begin production in a new 49,000-square-foot plant at Brandon.
Integra Plastics plans to be in full production next month. The
company also has a plant in Grand Forks that makes plastic covers
and liners.
