(NewsDakota.com) The final game of the 2011-12 regular season for the Oakes High School boys basketball team is Monday night, as the Tornadoes welcome a District 2 opponent in the Enderlin Eagles.
The Tornadoes had a rough weekend, going o-2, with losses to Central Prairie and Kindred on Friday and Saturday by scores of 56-52 and 78-51 respectively. They wrapped up the District 1 part of their schedule earlier last week, going 0-7 in the District.
With those losses, Oakes is 2-16, and after tonight, the boys will head to Wyndmere to play in the opening round of the District 1 tournament on Thursday evening.
