CITY (NewsDakota.com) A federal grant has provided training and new equipment for Valley City firefighters.

Fire Chief Gary Retterath says the focus is on training for ice diving for 4 fire department members in Valley City.

No local monies were used being the training and equipment was covered in a $50,000 federal grant.
