CITY (NewsDakota.com)–The Hi-Liner basketball teams were swept by Wahpeton Tuesday night.

 

The Hi-Liner boys were trounced by the Huskies 70-49 at the Hi-Liner Activity Center, while the girls dropped a 57-43 decision at Wahpeton.

 

The boys fall to 0-15 in Eastern Dakota Conference (EDC) play, 3-13 overall. The girls drop to 4-10 in EDC play, still in seventh place, pending the outcome of Fargo North and West Fargo. They are now 6-9 overall.

 

Valley City will play a two-point EDC game at Devils Lake in boys play on Thursday. The girls will play at Lisbon on Friday.
