CITY (NewsDakota.com) Police arrested 3 people in an apartment in the 1000 block of 5th street southeast in Valley City last night about 5pm.

Sgt. David Swenson says the police department assisted the Fargo police department in making the arrests.

Fargo Police Lt. Joel Vettle says more charges against the 3 and others maybe pending in this robbery investigation. Vettle says the victim told police someone enter their apartment in Fargo and stole several prescription tablets of morphine.

Charges are pending against a 55-year-old Lewis Willie Renfro, a 24-year-old David Lee Stone and a 25-year-old Sasha Renfro stemming from a robbery reported Saturday in Fargo.

Vettle says the 3 are allegedly involved in a home invasion strong arm robbery on February 11. He says the incident remains under investigation with the Fargo police department.
