(NewsDakota.com) – Pairings have been set for the District 7 girls basketball tournament to be held Feb. 24, 25 and 27 in Fort Totten, N.D.
The state’s No. 1 team Carrington (17-1) is the top seed for the tournament and receives a bye in the first round along with No. 2 seed Midkota.
No. 4 New Rockford/Sheyenne plays Harvey/Wells County in the opening round at 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 24. No. 3 Lakota/Adams/Edmore plays No. 6 Four Winds/Minn./Warwick at 7 p.m.
Semifinals are Feb. 25 at 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Region qualifiers are at 4 and 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 27, with the championship at 7 p.m. that night.
