(NewsDakota.com) North Dakota is giving more than million in grants to help cities and counties cover the costs of repairing flood-damaged infrastructure.
The state Land Board voted unanimously to award the $25.6 million in grants on April, 26.
Nearly 19 million will go to flood recovery projects in Ward County. Burleigh County gets $2.7 million, while Morton receives $1.1 million.
Locally Barnes and Richland counties will each receive less than $1 million.
