(NewsDakota.com) – Two people were sentenced on felony charges Thursday in Stutsman County District Court.

43-year-old Michelle Lynn Gonzalez of Jamestown was sentenced Thursday to 13 months in the Stutsman County Correctional Center after pleading guilty to theft of property, a Felony C charge. She received credit for 39 days already served, and 245 days of her sentence are suspended. She is also required to pay $850 in fees, and will be on supervised probation for 16 months.

20-year-old Adam Kozlowski of Ramsey, Minn., pleaded guilty to a Felony C charge of simple assault. He was sentenced Thursday to serve six months supervised probation and pay $550 in fees.
