(NewsDakota.com) – The first Jamestown Rib Fest is Saturday at Ave Maria Village as organizers try to start a new Jamestown tradition.

The event is a fundraiser for the Ave Maria Village Relay for Life team. Rib Fest organizer Lori Mettert says they have a little bit of something for everyone, and are looking for a good turnout Saturday.

Rib Fest runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at Ave Maria Village. Gate admission is $3. All proceeds go to Relay for Life.
