City, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A Valley City man says 2 Pit Bulls jumped out of a moving vehicle and attacked a woman & her dog Friday morning in Valley City.

Adam Faul ran out to assist the woman & her dog near Valley Recycling. A motorist stopped and the woman and her dog got into a vehicle to avoid any further attack.

Authorities say the owner of the pit bulls admitted to police that the dogs have attacked once before the incident on Friday. Police say no one was transported to the hospital for treatment following the attack.
