CITY  (NewsDakota.com)–The Valley City Babe Ruth baseball team placed sixth in the Pizza Corner Classic held this past weekend in Valley City.

Steele claimed the fifth-place game with a 10-0 victory or Valley City.  Valley City’s lone win was over Carrington 7-3 in the consolation semifinals.

Valley City continues it’s season at LaMoure Tuesday night.
