(NewsDakota.com) – A few blocks of 4th Avenue Northwest in Jamestown will be closed Friday for utility repairs.

The Jamestown City Engineer’s office says 4th Avenue Northwest is closed between 12th Street and 15th Street starting at 8 a.m. Repairs are expected to take half a day, meaning the road should be open against Friday afternoon.

Motorists are asked to use caution in the area and use alternate routes if possible on Friday.
