N.D. (AP) – Time is running out for North Dakota hunters to get a fall turkey license. The state Game and Fish Department says applications must be postmarked by midnight Thursday. That deadline also applies to online and telephone applications. Only North Dakota residents are eligible to apply in the first lottery. The fall turkey season opens Oct. 13 and runs through next Jan. 13.
