CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The annual KOVC Golf Classic was held Friday at the Valley City Town & Country Club here are the results;

Congratulations to team “Bank Forward” they shot a low score of 55 took first place and won $200 in the First Flight. “X-treme Printing” took came in second with a 59 and won $100. Jerad Enger team shot a 61, “Appliance City” had a 62, and four teams tied for forth with a 63, Mike Undem team, “Enterprise Sales,” Ingstad team and Buff Murray team.

In the Second Flight “Carpet Connection” captured first place with a 64 and won $200 followed by “Dakota Plains” and a 67 they won $100. For 3rd place “Smith Lumber” had a 68 and two teams tied for forth they were John Brendmoen team and Casey Colville team both shot a 69. The Tyler Jacobson team shot a 70 to round out the top five in the Second Flight.

The Par 3 Challenge was won by the “Carpet Connection” team with each member winning a $25 gift certificate from Trestles in the Valley City Town & Country Club.

There were 2 finalists in the putting contest for the 60 inch LG flat-screen TV from “Appliance City & the Shack.” They were Tyler Nelson and Travis Ingstad. But neither one sank the 50 foot putt for the TV.

No hole-in-one’s were recorded for the car from “Miller Motors.” Thanks to everyone who participated in the annual KOVC Golf Classic.
