N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The drier weather has helped construction crews raise and repair roads covered or damaged by high water.
Barnes County road 22, known as old Highway 10 opened again Friday after being closed for more than a year again.
In 2010 the road was raised out of the water only to be covered up again in 2011 due to high water.
Barnes County Highway Roads Superintendent Kerry Johnson said the road reopened on Friday afternoon.
