FARGO, N.D. (AP) – A judge has set bond at ,000 for a West Fargo man accused of what prosecutors say is his 14th drunken driving offense. Sixty-year-old Kevin Tegtmeier was arrested Friday night. Authorities allege he had a fictitious license plate, and that his blood-alcohol level was more than three times the legal limit for driving. Prosecutors asked for a ,000 bail but Judge Wade Webb imposed the higher amount because of Tegtmeier’s past offenses. Defense attorney Nick Thornton did not immediately respond to a request for comment Tuesday.
