died Thursday, August 16, 2012,

 at her home under the care of Presentation Hospice

and her family.

Her Funeral Service will be held on

Monday, August 20, 2012, at 10:30 AM

at Sts Peter & Paul Catholic Church, McHenry.

Visitation will be on Sunday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM

in Evans Funeral Home, Carrington and

from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM,

with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM, at
Sts Peter & Paul Catholic Church, McHenry.

Burial will be at Sts Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery,

McHenry.
