CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) City officials are proposing a 3-step process in the sale of the historic city auditorium known as the “Audi.”

City Administrator David Schelkoph gave this proposal to the city commission at their regular meeting on August 20.

A number of prospective buyers have expressed an interest in purchasing the facility over the years but its been tough reaching an agreement on several sticking points.
