CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A 19-year-old South Carolina woman escaped serious injury after she lost control of her jeep on Interstate 94 east of Valley City went into the westbound ditch and struck a guard rail last night.

Authorities say the woman complained of back problems and was transported to Mercy Hospital for treatment of non life threatening injuries.
