(NewsDakota.com) – To say that there is a lot on the line for the Oakes High School football team on Friday night in Enderlin would be an understatement.

There’s a ton on the line; the chance to either be the Region I Champions, have home field advantage in Round I of the post-season, or miss the playoffs entirely. 

Provided there are no other “upsets” on Friday night, an Oakes win by more than seven points against Maple Valley/Enderlin, and they take home the Region I title. A win by less than seven equals the #2 seed, and home field for round one, while a loss would send Oakes home for the year.
