CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The first phase of the 9th avenue northwest paving improvement project is nearing the finishing line according to the project manager Chad Pedersen. He said it could be finished in two weeks weather permitting.

Pedersen said, the road maybe ready for thru traffic on or shortly after October 27. Construction work on the final phase of the 9th avenue paving reconstruction project could start in late April or early May next spring.
