ROCKFORD (NewsDakota.com)  In the championship game of District 7 Volleyball last night (Oct. 29th), Carrington defeated Midkota 3-0 (25-17, 25-22, 25-18).  The Cards improve to 29-7 overall, Midkota drops to 35-4.

Carrington had 44 kills total, Madison Wendel had 17 along with five stunt blocks.  The Cards also had six service aces and served 97%.

Next up for Carrington is the Region 4 Tourney in Devils Lake, November 5-6 & 8, they will play Rolette-Wolford in the first round this coming Monday.  Both Carrington and Midkota games can be heard on AM 1600 KDAK in Carrington.  The first game starts at 3pm.  Midkota will play Rolla 25 minutes after the first game, Carrington will play 25 minutes after the completion of the Midkota game.
