CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Police arrested a 19-year-old man during a traffic stop in the 400 block of 2nd avenue northwest in Valley City Friday. Charges of possession of methamphetamine, carrying a concealed weapon and DUI are pending against the Valley City man.

Meanwhile, authorities say a Minneapolis man was injured in a rollover on Interstate 94 east of Valley City Saturday just before 4am. The driver of the vehicle a Fargo man was also injured in the rollover. No details about the condition of the men was released.
