CITY (NewsDakota.com) – A 19-point halftime deficit was too much to overcome Tuesday night for the Valley City boys basketball team. Trailing 38-19 at the break to West Fargo, the Hi-Liners cut it to eight and nine points several times in the second half, but could get no closer as they fell 65-54.
