(NewsDakota.com) The Oakes High School basketball teams have had a rough start so far in this young season, with a combined 0-4 record. Tuesday, they will host a school out of their own state in the hopes of getting the wheels back onto the tracks.

The Britton-Helca Braves visit Oakes on Tuesday night; the girls game is scheduled to start around 6 p.m., with the boys game to follow. The Oakes girls are 0-1 after losing to Central Cass on Friday night, while the boys are 0-3 with losses to Hankinson, Maple Valley and Lisbon.
