N.D. (AP) – Gov. Jack Dalrymple and lawmakers say oil issues will dominate this year’s session, which is set to convene tomorrow.
Dalrymple and Senate majority leader Rich Wardner of Dickinson say they’ve received plenty of suggestions on how to spend oil tax revenue that is fattening state coffers.
Dalrymple says his proposed $12.8 billion budget addresses the needs in the oil patch, including road work and additional law enforcement.
