CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Some funny money is circulating in Valley City. Police say a local bank called to report they had received a bogus bill from an area business on Monday. The incident is under investigation with the U-S Secret Service.

And charges are pending against 4 people after police responded to a report of a vehicle driving on lawns near Marketplace Foods in Valley City around 1:20am Monday morning. 3 Valley City men and a Lisbon woman were arrested and all 4 face drug related charges in this case.
