(NewsDakota.com) The Oakes High School girls basketball team returns to the home court Tuesday night, as they welcome the Milnor Bison in a key Class B District 1 contest.

Oakes was supposed to have faced the North Sargent Bobcats Monday night, but the game was called off due to weather; the second time the matchup has been postponed. The last game for the Tornadoes (8-6 4-1 District 1) was a victory against the Warbirds of Wyndmere-Lidgerwood in Wyndmere on Thursday night. For the Bison (7-7 4-2 District 1) they won their last contest as well; a 10 point Friday night victory at home versus North Sargent.
