CITY (NewsDakota.com) – The field and bracket has been set for the women’s basketball NAIA Division II National Tournament. Three area teams are in the 32-team field: Jamestown College, Valley City State and Mayville State. They’ll have a chance to play for national championship March 6-12 in Sioux City, Iowa.

Jamestown College (26-5) received a No. 4 seed and will take on No. 5 seed Menlo (Calif.) (26-3) in the opening round on Thursday, March 7 at 1:45 p.m.

Valley City State (24-7) received a No. 6 seed and will face No. 3 seed Bethel (Ind.) (25-7) at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6.

Mayville State (20-5) received a No. 7 seed and will face No. 2 seed Northwestern (23-7) at 1:45 p.m. Wednesday.
