N.D. (KFGO News) – A review by county auditors in North Dakota has uncovered nine cases of voter fraud from the November general election.

The findings were sent to the Secretary of State’s Office, which verified they were fraudulent. Secretary of State Al Jaeger says  that in most cases, a person voted on Election Day after having already voted absentee…

One of the cases uncovered, however, was actually a case of stolen identity. Voter fraud is a Class A misdemeanor.
