N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Dense fog may have caused two semi tractor trailers to collide on Highway 281 north of Carrington Thursday morning.
North Dakota Highway Patrol Sgt. Tom Herzig said a Semi driven by Patrick Copenhaver failed to yield to a northbound Semi pulling a hopper trailer. Copenhaver was hauling 42 cattle on a livestock trailer. Neither driver was injured in the crash which remains under investigation.
In Stutsman County two semi tractors had a collision north of Buchanan Thursday morning. No injuries reported.
Then a maintainer collided with a pickup after both vehicles crested a hill on a gravel road northwest of Woodworth Thursday morning. No injuries reported.
A car and pickup crashed on Highway 52 north of Jamestown Thursday morning. No injuries reported. Herzig said dense fog may have been a factor in all four of these accidents.
