N.D. (AP) – A grand jury has indicted a Fort Yates man for sexual abuse charges.

First Assistant U.S. Attorney Lynn Jordheim announced Tuesday that 62-year-old Donald Clark Luger is charged with aggravated sexual abuse of a child, abusive sexual contact and child abuse in Indian Country.

Luger, who also goes by the name Jody,  has pleaded not guilty to the charges. His trial is scheduled for July 23.
