N.D. – At approximately 2:25 P.M., Jamestown Police and Fire Departments were called to 1500 3rd Street Southeast for a vehicle fire. The vehicle had reportedly caught fire due to mechanical issues.

“It appeared that most of the damage came from the engine compartment.” commented Jamestown Fire Department’s Fire Chief Jim Reuther.

Police and Firemen were quick to respond and had the situation under control in minutes.

There were no reported injuries.
