N.D. (AP) – Wahpeton police say a 19-year-old Wahpeton man is suspected of a crime spree that included vehicle break-ins, slashed tires and two car fires.

The man was arrested Friday, one day after the crime spree that resulted in 21 reports of vandalism in north Wahpeton.
