N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Titan Machinery in Jamestown is now operating at its new facility despite concerns on the water supplied by Stutsman Rural Water District.

The city of Jamestown and Stutsman Rural Water District were in an 8-month territorial dispute over the location which ended a tentative agreement in June.

The concern centered on water flow not being sufficient for the fire sprinkler system.
In the agreement the city of Jamestown would be held harmless until fire suppression systems are fully operational at the facility.

Titan Machinery manager Tom Hausemann says the water and sewer lines are in place although work continues on the sewer lines serving the building in Jamestown.
