N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A criminal complaint related to the DUI arrest of a North Dakota legislator says a deputy found 3 marijuana smoking devices in the pockets of a passenger and a small amount of pot.

Matthew Dub of Park River was with state Senator Joe Miller when he was stopped for speeding in June. Miller pleaded guilty to DUI. He was fined $250.  

Survivors of a family killed in a drunken driving crash near Jamestown last summer have called for Miller to step down from the legislature.
