CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) 46-year-old Allen Tofsrud of Leeds, North Dakota was one of two semi drivers killed in a fiery crash 20 miles south of Valley City at the intersections of Highway 1 & 46 Wednesday morning.

Highway Patrol Sgt. Tom Herzig says an eastbound semi missed a stop sign and struck a northbound semi around 9 o’clock on August 14.

Both men died at the scene. Herzig says the name of the second driver is still being withheld as the investigation continues.
