CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) It’s official Stoudt Ross Ford in Valley City will build a new 18,000 square foot facility along Winter Show Road near the Wagon Wheel Inn.

Co-owner Steve Ross says Miller Motors (which is owned by Stoudt Properties LLC) will move into the existing Stoudt Ross building on west main. He talked about the advantages associated with separating the two dealerships.

Earlier this week co-owner Casey Stoudt announced that both dealerships would move into two new separate facilities along Winter Show Road in Valley City. But Ross says the group decided to separate the two dealerships officially on August 22. Stoudt says all current employees will be retained and more jobs maybe added in the future.

The Valley City Commission unanimously approved a 5-year commercial property tax incentive to Stoudt Properties LLC during their August 19 meeting.
