N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The Eighteenth Annual Miss Carrington/Miss Dakota Country Scholarship Pageant will be September, 21, 2013 at 7:00pm on stage at the Carrington Elementary School Gymnasium.  A total of eight contestants will be competing for generous scholarships.

The eight contestants are:  Miranda Peterson, Paige Thomas, MaKayla Schroeder, Shauna Fetch, Andrea Nicole Braaten, Carlie Meehan, Heather Shimelfenig and Bailey Schumann.

The reigning Miss Carrington, Noelle Braaten and reigning Miss Dakota Country, Alyssa Ralston will help host the show. 

The two winners will advance to the Miss North Dakota Scholarship Pageant in June of 2014. 

Tickets are available right now at all Carrington banks, the Carrington Area Chamber of Commerce, Super Valu Foods, Galt Chiropractic, KDAK Dakota Country Radio and from pageant committee members.
