CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Tailgating officials starts Saturday before the Valley City State University football game versus Dakota State, kick-off is at 6pm.

VCSU Athletic Director Jack Denholm says VCSU decided it was time to get into the tailgating party. The Tailgating will be in a fenced in area on the west end of Shelly Ellig field.

The Valley City board of commissioners approved of the plan during their regular meeting on September 3.
