(NewsDakota.com)  The Carrington Cardinals won 3-0 (25-16, 25-12, 25-20) over Griggs County Central Cougars last night.  Madison Wendel led the Cardinals with 11 kills and four blocks.  Kayla Hochhalter and Page Anderson had nine kills.  The Cardinals served at 89% (66/74) with 10 aces, Wendel led the way with three.  Brooke Rosenau had 29 assists to lead the way for the Cardinal setters.  Presley Paintner led the Cougars with six of her teams 16 kills.

The Cardinals improve to 16-5 on the year and will play their final regular season District 7 match tomorrow night against Benson County at the Carrington High School gymnasium starting at approximately 7:00pm on AM 1600 KDAK and newsdakota.com.
