N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown Regional Medical Center (JRMC) CEO Todd Hudspeth has informed the JRMC Board of Directors of his resignation.
Effective January 14, 2014, Hudspeth has accepted a hospital CEO position at Cass County Health System in Atlantic, Iowa. Hudspeth has said that his fiancé, children, siblings and parents all live in Iowa and he has struggled with the connection and distance of his relationships. He stated that it was incredibly difficult decisions because of the talented and dedicated team at the JRMC.
Hudspeth accepted the President and CEO position in August 2011 when the new facility opened. He is credited with bringing in new services to the JRMC such as orthopedics and 3D mammography.
The process of selecting a new CEO will be discussed at the next JRMC Board of Directors’ meeting.
